Customer Service / Order Processor

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Order Processor to support our UK promotional merchandise company. In this role, you will handle customer enquiries, answer simple questions, send product ideas, and prepare basic quotes. You will also follow up with customers who have enquired, send helpful information or presentations, and build warm, friendly relationships through clear communication.

You will work closely with our UK team to ensure smooth order processing, organise customer details, and provide excellent service at every step. Experience in UK promotional merchandise is highly preferred.
