Seeking one long term; trusted entry level Ecommerce/Social Media Specialist that will work closely with our staff to develop and GROW our footprint in the Ecommerce world. Must have knowledge of working for an ecommerce business, be flexible, and willing to bring great ideas to the table. Looking for a RELIABLE, DEPENDABLE, and HONEST person, who is willing to be patience and wants to grow with a company for the long term.

Below you will find some details of type of skills that will be needed below, along with some details of employment terms.

Interview Process:

The interview will be conducted via Skype chat & voice so I can hear you (No face to face). Please provide you Skype ID.

If we determine you to be a good candidate, we will ask you to perform a small task that you will have 24 hours to complete.

If the outcome of that task is successful, then the next and final step would be to agree the details to start employment.

There is a 90 day trial period (see below)

Base pay paid weekly

Commission schedule as followed:

10% of profit earned $5,000 usd and under

Flat fee of $500 usd for profits made ranging from $5,000 to $9,999 usd

5% of profit earned $10,000 usd and above

There is a cap on earnings from commission

Will provide training

Required Tasks:

Knowledge of setting up a Shopify Store.
Product research
Using Google Docs to track products, price, profit margins, etc.
Know how to find free apps to increase productivity
Writing product descriptions
Manage social media activity
The ability to reply to customers within 24 hours.
How to run a Ecom business with little to no assistance.

Working Hours:
Contract will be for 30 hours a week (Flexible work schedule)
Working Days:
Working Days will be from Monday to Friday, although this may be negotiable, we can work on other options if necessary.

Start Date: 19 June 17.
Required Daily Communication via email and/or project management platform. Communication is required on every working day and will cover....
1. A briefing of work required
i. General Description
ii. Expected outcomes
2. A report on work you have conducted
i. What have you done?
ii. What problems have your encountered?
iii. How can I help you?
iv. What you think we should do next?
Time Off:
If you request any time off, must notify with the reason why & how long it will be.
Time-off must not exceed 25 days a year.
Will discuss paid leave after the 90 day trial.
First Month of 90 day Trial:
To help discover if we are a good match for each other and the can enjoy working together, the first month will be considered a trial, meaning that there is no promise of further work.
The agreement can be terminated either by you or by me at any time, if there are reasons that you or I feel that we are not working well together.

Payment is based on $200 usd MONTHLY + Commissions
Payment will be paid out weekly, paid at the end of the week (Friday or Saturday).
Payments will be made using Paypal
Monthly commission will be paid on the last Saturday of the month.

Working Terms and Conditions:
1. English is required to high standard, both verbal and written English.
2. All content created and business ideas are owned by our company, even if you created it.
3. Content created under this contract cannot be reused for any other purpose without express written consent from me.
4. Payment will be on completion of the work, to my satisfaction.
5. You must only work for me. If you have a second job please inform us.
6. Daily reporting is necessary
7. 1st month is a trial (for both you and me)... just to find out if we work well together – Next 60 days is to see if you can handle the work load, if successful, further commitments may be made.
8. You need to have your own computer and access to the internet.
9. Screen monitoring software may be used.
