Xactimate and sales assistant

Requirements:
• Strong English communication skills
• Great organization and follow-through
• Experience with Google Sheets, CRM systems, and reporting
• Must be an Xactimate master or willing to become one quickly
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude and comfortable working with a busy team

Preferred:
• Previous experience with insurance restoration, roofing, or exterior construction
• Knowledge of JobNimbus or similar CRM (not required but helpful)
