We deliver services ranging from custom web development to data visualization and digital transformation for manufacturing, industrial, and business clients. Because we serve a diverse set of clients (industrial automation, manufacturing monitoring, web & marketing, product clients, etc.), we often need high-quality, clean, brand-consistent design across web and print media.

What You’ll Do (Examples of Projects):
- Create modern web page layouts, landing pages, microsite designs for our software / IoT / industrial clients.
- Design marketing assets: social-media graphics, banner ads, email-newsletter visuals, digital assets.
- Produce print-ready materials: brochures, flyers, spec sheets, posters, packaging visuals.
- Ensure all designs meet professional standards for web or print — correct file formats, resolution, color profiles, and export settings.
- Work closely with our project leads, developers, and copywriters to integrate design with web builds, marketing collateral or product packaging.
- Maintain a consistent style and branding when required (especially for clients with existing brand guidelines).

What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Solid portfolio showing both clean web-layout/design and print design (e.g. brochures, flyers, packaging, marketing collateral).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Figma – used widely in digital-design workflows for layout, collaboration, and handoff to developers — must be part of your toolset.
- Understanding of web layout fundamentals — layout, spacing, typography, responsive design — and ability to create web-ready design assets.
- Capability to prepare print-ready files: correct bleed/margins, color modes (CMYK/RGB as appropriate), resolution, export formats.
- Good communication, attentiveness to project briefs, ability to take feedback and deliver revisions (We use Slack for internal communication).
- Reliable, timely, and able to work on a project-by-project basis as assignments come up.

Nice-to-Have / Preferred:
- Familiarity with technical / industrial / B2B companies (e.g. manufacturing, automation, software services) — helps when designing for websites, data sheets, etc.
- Some understanding of web build / front-end implementation (so design handover to developers is smooth).
- Experience designing for SaaS, IoT, industrial or engineering-related businesses (since many of our clients fit that profile).
- Ability to adapt to different client brand styles, or create clean, professional, minimalistic designs when brand-new.

Engagement Type:
- Freelance, project-based.
- Remote work is fine — we coordinate via email/remote collaboration tools (Slack).
- Work as assignments arise: can be sporadic, or steady depending on project load.
- Compensation will depend on project scope and complexity (negotiable per hour).
