Python Developer

We are a real estate investment company seeking a reliable Python developer to create a simple automation tool that helps us identify potential inheritance (probate) property leads from the local court’s public records website.

The goal is to automatically check for newly filed probate cases, extract basic details, and generate a weekly Excel/CSV report for our internal use.

???? Responsibilities
Build a Python script that visits the public probate case search page
Identify new cases that may indicate inheritance situations
Extract key information such as case name, type, date filed, and status
Export collected data into Excel/CSV
Make the script easy to run on a weekly basis
Ensure the automation is stable and simple to maintain

???? Requirements
Strong Python skills
Experience with Selenium or other web automation tools
Ability to extract structured data from websites
Good communication and attention to detail

???? Nice to Have (Optional)
Experience with real estate–related automation
Familiarity with probate or public records
Basic knowledge of Excel file generation
