We’re seeking a talented Instructional Designer to help transform our extensive catalog of text-based courses into modern, interactive eLearning experiences.
About the Role
As an Instructional Designer, you’ll play a key role in developing engaging, learner-centered online courses. You’ll collaborate closely with our internal course development team to ensure each course meets high instructional and aesthetic standards.
Responsibilities
• Convert existing text-based courses into interactive eLearning courses.
• Apply sound instructional design principles and adult learning theory to enhance learner engagement.
• Integrate multimedia elements (graphics, animations, video, and narration) to enrich the learning experience.
• Ensure all courses are SCORM compliant.
• Collaborate with our internal course development team to review, test, and revise course content prior to publication.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience creating eLearning content using Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or iSpring.
• Excellent US-English writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently and take ownership of deliverables.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM packaging.
