We're Oxyon, a fast-scaling digital growth agency based in Australia — and we're looking for an EXPERT in Google Ads + Meta Ads to help scale our eCommerce clients FAST.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

*Manage and optimise Google Ads & Facebook/Instagram Ads for eCommerce brands
*Build full-funnel strategies including cold, warm, retargeting, and DPA
*Launch campaigns, test creatives, optimise ROAS, reduce CPA
*Work with a creative team (designers + copywriters)
*Report weekly with clear insights — no fluff

REQUIREMENTS (READ CAREFULLY):

-At least 2 years’ experience running successful eCommerce ad campaigns
-You MUST show proof of past results (ROAS, CPA, ad screenshots, etc.)
-Must be results-driven, strategic, and autonomous
-Fluent in English, reliable, and easy to communicate with
-Must have your own laptop + fast internet connection
