Breathpod bridges science and sound to help people transform how they feel, think, and live. Through our app, live events, and corporate programs, we guide thousands of people toward greater clarity, energy, and emotional balance using the power of breath and music.

We’re looking for an Animation & Design Virtual Assistant to help bring our content to life through clean, consistent, and inspiring visuals. You’ll work closely with our creative team to produce motion and design assets that align with Breathpod’s brand system and enhance the user experience across our app and social media.

Responsibilities (Must Do’s)
- Create video assets & animations for Breathpod app content to accompany guided audio, following existing templates and brand guidelines.
- Create animations for Breathpod social media using current templates and visual standards.

Responsibilities (Nice to Be Able to Do’s)
- Design visual assets in Figma for the Breathpod brand using the established design system.
- Prepare print-ready marketing materials such as flyers, banners, posters, and other physical assets.
- Support with video editing (basic cuts, syncing, formatting).

Experience & Skills (Must Have’s):
- Proficient in Adobe After Effects [please do not apply if you are not comfortable and experience with Adobe After Effects]
- Proficient in Figma.
- Strong understanding of motion design principles and animation timing.
- Detail-oriented with a good eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable following established brand templates.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Experience & Skills (Nice to Have’s):
- Experience preparing print-ready assets.
- Experience with video editing.
- Familiarity with brand systems and asset libraries.

- $8 USD/hour
- 6 hours per week guaranteed
- Scope to increase to 10 hours per week after trial period
