ABOUT THIS ROLE
Nikova Inc is building a high-performance telehealth operations team.
This is not a typical VA position.
This is a client acquisition + operations role where your performance directly determines long-term employment.
Important: This is a US-hours, high-performance telehealth closing role.
Do NOT apply if you:
• cannot work 9am–5pm US time (graveyard shift PH),
• do not have telehealth/telemedicine AND call center experience,
• are not comfortable with cold calling and closing.
Your job is simple:
Reach out. Book. Follow up. CLOSE clients.
If you cannot close, you will not remain in the position.
This role requires:
• Strong English with a neutral or minimal Filipino accent
• Full US-business-hours availability
• Telehealth experience
• Call center + outbound calling experience
• Confidence with calls, follow-ups, and objections
MANDATORY EXPERIENCE (Non-Negotiable)
You must have ALL of the following:
Telehealth experience
(any of the following are acceptable: pre-qualification, triage support, appointment setting, clinical communication, etc.)
Call center experience
(voice-based, outbound calling required)
Strong English + Minimal Accent
Must sound confident and clear on calls.
Comfortable with daily cold calling + follow-up
No fear of phones. No hesitation.

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS (NO EXCEPTIONS)
MONTH 1 — Training + Production
Even during training, you must:
• Learn scripts and systems fast
• Execute daily outreach
• Book 3–5 appointments per week
• Close at least 1 paying client in Month 1
Training does not excuse low numbers.
MONTH 2 AND FORWARD
You must close:
1 new paying client per week — per employee
Failure to meet minimums for 2 consecutive weeks ends the contract immediately.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Acquisition
• Daily cold calls
• Daily cold messages
•
• Running scripts and rebuttals
• Booking consultations
• Following up until closed
• Maintaining a clean CRM pipeline
• Sending performance reports
Operations
• Maintain confidentiality (HIPAA-sensitive info)
• Accurate logs and documentation
• Assist with onboarding new clients
• Communicate with the internal team
Administrative
• Organize inboxes and files
• Update lead sheets and calendars
• Prepare weekly performance summaries
SCHEDULE
• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Must work full US hours (minimum 8 hours/day)
• Daily check-ins and quotas
COMPENSATION
• $5.00 – $15.00/hr depending on skill and experience
• Bonuses for booked calls + closed clients
• Role becomes permanent ONLY if quotas are consistently met
