E-commerce Review & Compliance Specialist ( Direct Client / Morning Shift)

Who Are We?
Nordic Quality is an extremely awesome, up-and-coming, online-based company selling physical products under several of our brands. The main one of which is in the gym and fitness category, the Nordic Lifting.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a freelance or remote Virtual Assistant who will be responsible for reviewing and managing all Amazon-related product listings, reviews, and compliance for Nordic Lifting’s gym and weightlifting products. The goal is to protect the brand’s reputation and ensure that all Amazon listings and customer feedback comply with policies, preventing issues and maintaining customer trust and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
-Monitor and evaluate customer reviews and feedback on Amazon for all Nordic Lifting products (e.g. dumbbells, Lifting Shoes, Knee Sleeves, accessories, etc.) using internal tools or third?party/AI?based review?monitoring tools.
-Identify and flag reviews that may violate marketplace policies (e.g,. fake reviews, abusive/misleading reviews, competitor sabotage, or policy?violating content).
-Initiate review-removal requests or appeals for invalid or malicious reviews; coordinate with internal or external compliance/legal/operations team to process removals.
-Keep a structured log/database of all reviews, removal requests, outcomes, and relevant metrics (e.g. number of removed reviews, before/after rating changes, customer complaints).
-Periodically audit product listings: ensure that product titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and specifications (size, weight, safety instructions) are accurate, up?to?date, and compliant with Amazon’s listing requirements.
-Generate regular reports and dashboards for management: review trends, removal?success metrics, listing?health status, feedback metrics, to provide insights on brand reputation, customer satisfaction, and compliance risk.
-Propose and help implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for review monitoring, listing audits, compliance checks, and response workflows — to ensure consistency and minimize risks.
-Collaborate with internal teams (re product design/manufacturing, fulfillment, customer service, marketing) to address root causes of negative feedback, product return issues, or compliance risks. (E.g. if recurring complaints about a specific product’s packaging, suggest improvements or changes.)
-Provide support for new product launches: help prepare Amazon listing (descriptions, specs, images), ensure compliance from the start, and set up monitoring from launch to catch early feedback or policy issues.

**Desired Skills / Qualifications:
-Experience on Amazon or managing product listings/reviews.
-Detail-oriented and good at organizing data.
-Analytical mindset: able to spot trends or recurring issues in reviews.
-Good communication skills for teamwork.
