We're Hiring: Social Media & Content Virtual Assistant (Experienced)

Do you know how to grow social media accounts, create content that converts, and attract leads organically — and through paid ads?

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Virtual Assistant to manage and grow our brand on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and possibly YouTube — while also helping build our email list and simple funnels.

This is not a beginner role. We need someone who knows how to take initiative, execute confidently, and help elevate a fast-growing women’s wellness brand.

???? Your Role:

Plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (YouTube optional)

Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, testimonials, educational content)

Design and repurpose graphics, carousels, and visual assets in Canva

Manage and run Facebook Ads (basic-to-intermediate level)

Engage with followers, respond to DMs, and build community

Create and optimize lead magnets, opt-in pages, and funnels (GoHighLevel or Mailchimp)

Set up and manage basic email automation sequences

Track growth and engagement; recommend improvements

Create clean, polished PowerPoint or Google Slide decks

? What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts

Confident video editor (captioning, cutting, formatting)

Skilled in Facebook Ads Manager

Canva-savvy and detail-oriented with branding

Clear written English and confident communicator

Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, GoHighLevel)

Familiarity with women’s health, coaching, or fitness (a bonus!)

A deep understanding of how to connect with women 40+ through content that is authentic, compassionate, and empowering

Ability to match the brand voice of a women’s wellness brand focused on perimenopause, menopause, and body image

? Hours + Pay

5–10 hours/week to start

Flexible schedule, remote work

Starting rate: $6.50 USD/hour
(with room to grow to $9+/hr based on performance)
