Creative Strategist (Full-Time) – E-Commerce Beauty – Concepts, Image Ads, Hooks, VSL Scripts

DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a full-time Creative Strategist for our fast-growing e-commerce beauty brand.

Your role is to create high-converting ad concepts, strong hooks, compelling static ads, and performance-driven VSL scripts that convert cold traffic across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, Native).

You must understand direct response advertising, consumer psychology, and ideally have experience with Eugene Schwartz’s Breakthrough Advertising.

This is a long-term role with huge growth potential.

WHAT YOU WILL DO (Daily Responsibilities):
• Create 1 Creative Concept per day
(Hook + Angle + Variations + Thumbnails)
• Produce 7 Static Ads per day
( ---------- s, proof ads, bold text statics, UGC-style statics)
• Write & ideate short VSL scripts (30–90 seconds)
• Analyze ads running on Facebook/Meta, Google, TikTok, Native
• Research competitor ads across all ad platforms
(Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, Google Ad Transparency, Native Spy Tools)
• Develop angles based on avatar research & customer pains/desires
• Build and maintain our creative swipe file
• Understand ad performance basics:
• CTR
• CPC
• RPM
• Scroll-Stop Rate
• Hook performance
• Work with our editor to turn your concepts into final creatives
• Iterate daily based on performance feedback

REQUIREMENTS (Must-Have Skills):
• Strong English
• Experience creating high-converting ad creatives (especially for e-commerce)
• Understanding of hooks, angles, scroll stoppers
• Basic direct response copywriting
• Ability to think conceptually (strategist mindset)
• Fast & high-output creative production
• Experience researching customer behavior
• Full-time availability
• Comfortable collaborating with a video editor
• Familiarity with Breakthrough Advertising (major bonus)

HIGHLY PREFERRED EXPERIENCE (Not mandatory but VERY valuable):
• Experience with Facebook/Meta Ads creatives
• Experience with Google Ads creatives (Display, YT Image, Discovery)
• Experience with Native Ads creatives (Taboola, Outbrain)
• Understanding how creatives differ by platform
• Ability to reverse-engineer winning angles from competitor ads
