Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a reliable and friendly Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist customers through email and phone and make sure every interaction feels clear, supportive, and well taken care of.

What you will do

• Respond to customer inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
• Assist customers with orders, product questions, refunds, replacements, and troubleshooting
• Manage tickets and follow internal processes to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Provide updates to customers about shipping, account concerns, and support requests
• Document interactions and feedback to help improve customer experience
• Communicate with internal teams when needed to resolve more complex cases

What we are looking for

• Excellent written and spoken English
• A calm, patient, and solution focused mindset
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes
• Comfortable using support tools such as helpdesk platforms, email, and phone systems
• Previous customer support experience is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and manage time well
