JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to build targeted lead lists for our cold email outreach campaigns. Your job is to find local service businesses on Google Maps, locate their contact email from their website, and organize everything into a structured Google Sheet.

This is a simple but extremely important role. Accuracy and consistency matter more than speed.

Responsibilities

Research targeted local service businesses using Google Maps (and other local directories if needed).

Collect and record key business details:

Business name

Website URL

Contact email (from website/contact page)

Phone number

Google Maps link

City/region

Niche/category

Rating and number of reviews (if requested)

Find the best email for outreach:

Prefer owner/manager or direct business email

Avoid duplicates and obviously invalid emails

Enter all information into our Google Sheet template with correct formatting.

Update lead status in the sheet (e.g., “New / No Email Found / Duplicate”).

Hit daily/weekly lead quotas and provide quick progress updates.

Requirements

Experience scraping or researching leads from Google Maps.

Strong attention to detail (no missing fields, no messy entries).

Ability to follow a step-by-step SOP exactly.

Good English reading/writing.

Comfortable navigating websites to find contact details.

Basic spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets).

Reliable internet and consistent availability.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Familiarity with tools like ---------- , Apollo, Snov, or email verification tools.

Past experience working with local service business lists (roofers, plumbers, landscapers, etc.).

Deliverables / KPIs

200+ accurate leads per day (depending on niche difficulty).

Less than 5% error rate (wrong/missing emails, duplicates, wrong niche).

Clean, consistent formatting in the sheet.
