Digital Product Engineer

Upsight is looking for a versatile full-stack & no-code Digital Product Engineer to help build and maintain digital tools, web apps, MVPs, dashboards, and workflow automations to support Upsight programmes, ChargedUp initiatives, and data-driven decision-making. This role combines light coding, no-code development, integrations, and product support—ideal for someone who enjoys rapidly building and iterating on tools that drive tangible impact, and gain hands-on experience bridging tech, product, and business in a startup environment.

Main Responsibilities

Build and maintain digital tools, web apps, MVPs, dashboards, and workflow automations for Upsight programmes and ecosystem initiatives

Implement updates, and design pages, integrations, and mobile-responsive features on websites and digital platforms

Integrate AI APIs and other third-party tools to enhance functionality

Automate workflows across CRM, marketing, and operational systems

Collect, process, and visualise data from ecosystem programmes and initiatives to support insights and reporting

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to understand requirements, gather feedback, and iterate on digital tools and platforms.

Sketch simple UI/UX flows and conduct basic QA/testing

Maintain technical documentation and ensure knowledge sharing



Who Should Apply?

1–3 years of experience in web or software development

Proficient in at least one coding language (e.g., JavaScript, Python)

Strong experience with no-code/low-code platforms and integrations

Familiarity with CMS, website and app builders, and dashboards

Comfortable with AI tools, APIs, and workflow automation

Interest in building data-driven products and insights platforms

Curious, proactive, and capable of working independently and collaboratively
