ABOUT US
Complete Design & Build (CDAB) is a high-end residential construction company based in Canberra, Australia. We don’t just build homes — we co-create legacies with our clients. Our work is built on integrity, quality, and a deep sense of partnership.

We’re on the lookout for a Marketing Strategist or Specialist who can help us audit, refine, and relaunch our brand presence — especially across social media.
This role is not about logging hours — it’s about delivering outcomes. If you’re proactive, creative, and driven by results, we’d love to meet you.

WHAT WE NEED
We're looking for someone who can:
- Audit our current marketing assets and digital presence
- Propose a clear, actionable Marketing Strategy tailored to our brand
- Relaunch our social media presence (especially Facebook & Instagram)
- Build a strategy from brand awareness to lead generation
- Propose pricing, packages, or a retainer model based on deliverables
- Showcase our brand voice, culture, values, and commitment to integrity

Deliverables May Include:
- Marketing Audit & Report
- Strategic Marketing Plan & Timeline
- Social Media Relaunch Strategy (calendar, creatives, captions, etc.)
- Brand Positioning & Messaging Guide
- Lead Generation Funnel Ideas / Paid Ad Suggestions (optional)
- Website Recommendations (if needed)

What We’re Looking For
- Strong strategy mindset (not just content creation)
- Experience with brand building and premium positioning
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent English communication skills
- Familiar with construction, architecture, real estate or luxury brands = BONUS
- Comfortable proposing pricing (hourly, per milestone, retainer, etc.)

Working Arrangement:
- Part-time / project-based
- Flexible hours — work when you work best, as long as you deliver
- Collaborate via email, WhatsApp, or Notion (we keep things smooth)
- Compensation is based on your proposal, experience, and results delivered
