Podcast Growth & Strategy Specialist

We are looking for someone who can help increase engagement, provide insights, and develop effective strategies to grow our podcast. Estimated 10-15 hours per week, or as needed.

Responsibilities:
• Provide monthly analytics reports with clear insights
• Recommend proven strategies that increase engagement and audience reach
• Potentially handle guest-related tasks, including researching, doing outreach, and securing guest opportunities for our host, as well as identifying and booking guests for our own show

Requirements:
• Experience with podcast analytics and growth strategy
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to develop actionable recommendations and engagement plans
