JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing e-commerce clothing brand looking for a new customer support + influencer marketing support to join us long-term. This role has strong growth potential, and we reward performance with both a base wage and commissions.

Main Responsibilities:
-Customer support (Email, social media)
-General admin tasks (Data syncing with Shopify, returns processing, scheduling, spreadsheets, general organisation)
-Influencer outreach (Outreach & finding creators, sending personalised outreach messages, coordinating collaborations)
-Influencer & UGC creator management (Conversations, follow-ups, briefing, tracking, managing of database)

Required Skills:
-Strong English communication
-Solid experience with general admin tasks
-Influencer/PR outreach experience preferred
-Experience with an e-commerce brand is a bonus
-Highly organised, positive attitude, and willing to learn
-Experience is preferred but not necessary, attitude and work ethic matters the most

Hours & Pay:
-Variable and negotiable depending on experience
-(Base wage + performance commissions)
-Base hours (20-50 hours a week),
