What you'll do:

Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and to generate interest.

Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure they are sale-ready.

Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to management on lead quality and call scripts to continuously improve the process.

What we're looking for:

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!

We accept applicants with no prior BPO experience.

1-2 years of experience in Telemarketing or Customer Service is a plus.

Excellent English verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive phone presence.

Must be willing to work 100% on-site in our Makati Office.

Amenable to working in a shifting schedule (Mid to GY shift as per Management's Discretion)

Ability to work towards targets and goals and demonstrating a strong desire to succeed.

Tech-savvy and proficient in using CRM software and other call center tools.

Can start immediately.
