-Proven professional experience as a Video Editor with a strong, diverse portfolio of short-form content.
-Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent professional editing software.
-Strong creative instincts and an eye for pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling.
-Deep understanding of social media formats, aspect ratios, and content trends.
-Highly tech-savvy and capable of learning new tools and systems independently with minimal supervision.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with remote or distributed teams.
-Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to work under pressure, take feedback constructively, and maintain attention to detail.
