???? What You'll Do:

• Edit 1 main ad + 3 variations per project
• Add captions, callouts, motion graphics
• Deliver all assets within 2 days, including revisions
• Keep files organized and follow creative direction

? Requirements:
• Must have a portfolio of Meta/Facebook DR ads
• Skilled in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
• Strong grasp of attention metrics and pacing
• Able to deliver high-quality edits under tight deadlines

???? Pay & Terms:
• $40–$60 per completed assignment
• Payment via PayPal
• 2-week probationary period --- If you’re retained after this period, you may be offered an hourly role ($8–$12/hr) based on performance
• High-performing editors get consistent projects and priority selection
