Marketing Virtual Assistant (AI Search Optimization + Digital Marketing) – Full-Time, Day Shift (EST)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

AI + Google Search Optimization (Primary Role):
• Improve our visibility in AI search tools and traditional Google search
• Create SEO-friendly + AI-friendly content for service pages, blogs, FAQs, and location pages
• Optimize Google Business Profile, local listings, and citations
• Build E-E-A-T (Expertise, Experience, Authority, Trust)
• Ensure consistent business information across all platforms
• Write content that search engines and AI models can easily reference

Content + Social Media:
• Create and schedule posts for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn
• Write captions and marketing copy
• Create graphics using Canva
• Edit short-form videos
• Maintain monthly content calendars

Marketing Support:
• Assist with CRM (GoHighLevel preferred), email/SMS campaigns, funnels
• Provide weekly reports on search trends, rankings, and marketing KPIs
• Conduct keyword and competitor research


REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Strong English writing skills
• Digital marketing experience
• SEO + Local SEO knowledge
• Canva + basic video editing
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Jasper, etc.)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work Monday–Friday EST
• Must work exclusively for our company

PREFERRED SKILLS (Not required):
• Experience with AI Search Optimization
• GoHighLevel experience
• Schema/structured data
• Google Ads or Meta Ads
• Blog writing or long-form content
