About Us

Rooted Lawn & Landscape is a fast-growing landscaping company based in Carmel, Indiana (USA). We are scaling quickly and need a highly organized, detail-oriented Growth Operations VA to help build our internal systems, SOPs, hiring processes, and backend operations.

You will NOT handle customer service.
You will NOT talk to clients.
You will work behind the scenes to help organize, systemize, and grow the company.

This is a long-term role with a company that is expanding rapidly and values loyalty, growth, and initiative.

If you love systems, documentation, organization, SOPs, spreadsheets, and turning chaos into structure, this job is for you.

This is a non-customer-facing role.

- Job costing and data tracking
- Hiring and HR support

- Research and development
