This role is responsible for developing platform-specific content strategies, managing a high-volume posting schedule, editing short-form and long-form content, optimizing performance through analytics, and driving measurable growth in followers, views, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate understands trends, storytelling, and algorithm behavior across all three platforms, can repurpose content efficiently, collaborates well with creators and internal teams, and is comfortable running experiments to maximize reach. You’ll manage community interactions, track KPIs, and continuously refine our social playbook to scale brand visibility and audience loyalty.
