Social Media Content Creator & Community Manager

Compensation: $450–$650CAD|PHP19207.42- PHP27744.05/month (depending on experience)
Schedule: Part time 5 Hours per day - 6 days a week

We are hiring a reliable, self-managed Social Media Content Creator & Community Manager to run our Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn presence. This is a results-focused role where your attitude and determination will have a major impact on your success. The first month will involve some collaboration and onboarding; afterward, the role becomes independent where you are expected to perform.

Responsibilities
Content Creation:

* Create professional, on-brand visuals for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
* Write engaging, polished captions that match our tone and brand guidelines.
* Ensure all graphics follow brand colors, fonts, and overall style.

Content expectations:

* Month 1: 10–15 high-quality posts per platform (slower ramp-up while systems are established).
* Ongoing: 1 post per day per platform, with one scheduled day off per week (24 posts per month per platform).
* Schedule posts in advance using an Excel-based content tracker.
* Monitor posts for comments or interactions and update as needed.
* Engagement / Community Management
* Engage with relevant accounts, posts, and communities within the brand’s niche.
* Respond to comments and messages within 24 hours.
* Organically identify potential followers, partners, and relevant profiles.
* Maintain a simple daily log outlining engagement actions (comments, interactions, notes).

Reporting:
Submit a weekly report summarizing:

* Posts published
* Engagement completed
* Follower growth
* Basic engagement metrics (likes, replies, shares)
* Quality & Performance Standards
* All content and engagement must be professional and aligned with brand standards.
* Engagement must be genuine — no automation, bots, or spam comments.
* Any missed posting or engagement days must be communicated in advance.
* After the first month, the role is fully independent. Failure to consistently meet expectations will result in termination.
* KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
* Daily posts published according to schedule
* Daily engagement actions completed
* Month-over-month follower growth
* High-quality visuals and captions
* Weekly reports submitted on time
* Missing KPIs for 2–3 consecutive weeks is considered a major performance issue.

$650/PHP27744.05 month reserved for highly experienced applicants (10+ years)
