Social Video VA (CapCut or similar) for Travel Reels — $3/h (Beginner-friendly, long term)

About the role:
- I travel a lot (South America/Asia) and want simple daily posts (Reels + some photos) to document the journey. Not high-end; just clean, fast edits.

What you’ll do (template-driven)
- Skim raw clips at 2× speed; auto-cut (CapCut or similar), basic jump cuts.
- Add short hook/title (city + date) and a simple cover/thumbnail.
- Use auto-captions (quick fixes), 1–2 zoom punch-ins.
- Music: ad-safe / platform-approved (boost-friendly).
- Hand-off (export + caption + hashtags in a tracker). If you can: schedule on IG/TikTok.
- Your goal is to produce daily content.
- Output Target: Once you are settled (after 1-2 weeks), the target speed is 2 Reels per hour OR 1 Reel + 3 Photo posts per hour.

This is a beginner-friendly role. If you are fast, reliable, and willing to follow a process, you are welcome to apply!

The Deal:
- Pay: USD $3/hour (Fixed rate).
- Hours: Part-time. We start with ~10 hours/week with room to grow.
- Payment: Weekly or bi-weekly based on tracked hours.
- Contract: Long-term potential.


Requirements:
- Proficient in CapCut (or similar mobile editors).
- Comfortable using AI tools for auto-cuts/captions to work faster.
- Understanding of "Ad-Safe" / Royalty-free music (vital for boosting posts).
- Reliable internet and ability to deliver on time.
- Plus (optional): Experience scheduling via Meta Business Suite / TikTok Web.
