Video Editor for Social Media Reels & Long form

We're looking for a talented video editor with motion graphics expertise to create engaging short-form and long-form content across our social media platforms. You'll work directly with our team to transform raw footage, concepts, and scripts into scroll-stopping videos that resonate with entrepreneurs and business owners.

What You'll Create
Short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Long-form YouTube videos and tutorials
LinkedIn video content and carousels with motion graphics
Talking head videos with dynamic B-roll and graphics
Podcast clips and highlight reels
Motion graphics for business concepts and tool demonstrations

Type: Part-time (15-20 hours/week, transitioning to full-time within a few months)
Schedule: Should be available on Slack from 9 AM to 5 PM PST

Must Have:
Expert proficiency in video editing software
Strong motion graphics skills
Portfolio showcasing both short-form and long-form social media videos with proven engagement
Experience with trendy social media editing styles and effects
Ability to add captions, subtitles, and text overlays
Fast turnaround time without sacrificing quality
Ability to complete immediate revisions within working hours

Bonus Points:
Experience with business/entrepreneurship content
Knowledge of AI tools and automation platforms
Familiarity with content performance metrics and video analytics
Experience working with high-volume content creators
Understanding of platform-specific video formats and best practices (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X/Twitter)
Sound design and audio mixing skills
Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop)

Experience creating hook-driven content for social algorithms
