Assistant Building Maintenance

This role involves regular inspection. diagnostics, and repair of various building systems, including electrical, mechanical, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building maintenance and knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems
QUALIFICATIONS
- Skills for regular inspection of all Office Improvements, Facilities and Equipment.
- Skills in testing and/or diagnosing of defective facilities, utilities & equipment; analyzes the problem encountered and recommends action plan or repairs. modification & parts needed.
- Knowledge in Building Maintenance work
- Knowledge in Refrigeration and Airconditioning
