Ai Automation Expert

???? About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, resourceful AI Automation Expert who can help us build powerful automations for service-based businesses (home renovation, trades, local services, etc.).

You’ll be the person turning our ideas and workflows into real systems using tools like ---------- , n8n, and Go High Level (GHL). If you love building automations, connecting tools with webhooks/APIs, and playing with AI agents and workflows, you’ll enjoy this role.



???? Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:
• Building automations & workflows
• Design and implement automations using ---------- and/or n8n
• Connect multiple apps via API, webhooks, and integrations
• Automate lead capture, tagging, routing, nurturing, and notifications
• Go High Level (GHL) setup & management
• Build and optimize pipelines, workflows, triggers & campaigns
• Set up SMS, email, call tracking, forms, calendars, funnels
• Maintain sub-accounts, snapshots, and settings inside GHL
• AI Chat & Voice Agents
• Help set up and configure AI chatbots and voice agents (e.g., for WhatsApp, SMS, website chat, phone)
• Connect AI agents to CRMs and automations (e.g., when a lead replies, update pipeline, tasks, etc.)
• Train/update agents with knowledge bases, FAQs, and business data
• Systems Integration
• Integrate tools like: CRMs, calendars, email platforms, phone systems, social media lead forms, etc.
• Work with webhooks, JSON, and APIs to pass data between platforms
• Troubleshoot integration errors and optimize performance
• Documentation & QA
• Document every workflow (simple flowcharts + text explanation)
• Record Loom videos to show how things work
• Test everything before going live to ensure reliability


? Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Automation Tools
• Solid hands-on experience with ---------- and/or n8n
• Experience with other automation tools (Zapier, Pabbly, etc.) is a plus
• Go High Level (GHL)
• Build workflows & automations
• Create & manage pipelines, opportunities, triggers
• Set up calendars, funnels, forms, and surveys
• Configure SMS, email, and call automations
• AI & Bots
• Experience working with AI chatbots or voice agents (e.g. Twilio, Retell AI, Chatbase, Botpress, Manychat, or similar)
• Comfortable configuring agents, connecting them to CRM/automations
• Technical Skills
• Good understanding of webhooks & APIs
• Ability to work with JSON payloads and map data between apps
• Basic understanding of HTTP methods (GET, POST, etc.)
• General Strong problem-solving skills and ability to figure things out independently
• Good English communication (written and spoken)
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Stable internet connection and a good working setup


???? Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points)
• Experience working with service-based businesses (home renovation, HVAC, roofing, local trades, etc.)
• Basic understanding of sales funnels, lead generation, and follow-up
• Experience with: Twilio / WhatsApp APIs, Google Sheets & Google Apps Script, Notion, or similar tools for documentation/project management



???? Work Schedule & Compensation
• Schedule: Full-time (40 hrs/week)
• Preferably with 4+ hours overlap with US/Canada time zones
• Compensation: Competitive salary in USD/month, based on skills & experience
