Commercial Real Estate Marketing Coordinator

Must have experience building marketing materials for commercial real estate or similar industry. Primary role will be to take templates from powerpoint ( provided by us) and create new power point slides that highlight major US retail companies and demographics in the area around the given commercial property.

Secondary role is making contact with land owners or other brokers to gather details or set up calls for our broker to discuss details.
