You’ll be responsible for scaling 30+ ad accounts while maintaining low CPL and driving more booked appointments.

Role Includes:
• Weekly + daily performance tracking
• Deep metrics analysis
• Daily optimization
• Creative testing
• High-CPL troubleshooting
• Direct collaboration with the CEO

Requirements:
• 3+ years of FB Ads for lead gen
• Strong analytical & diagnostic skills
• Canva/video editing experience
• Detail-driven + proactive
• (Bonus) GoHighLevel knowledge
