Base Pay: $3/hour
Commission: ~$800+ per closed client
Monthly Residuals: Earn recurring income every month your clients stay
Top Closers Earn: $4,000+/month (Base + Commission + Residuals)

We provide high-quality virtual medical staff who help agencies streamline operations and grow.
We are expanding and looking for driven, motivated Sales Representatives who are confident in conversations with healthcare business owners and administrators.

What You Will Do
Reach out to U.S.-based community care providers
Lead generation, warm follow-ups, and cold outreach
Present AGS Continuum’s virtual staffing solutions professionally
Identify operational pain points in Home Health, Home Care, Hospice, and ALF settings
Maintain accurate lead tracking
Consistent follow-ups and deal nurturing

Lead sources you will use:
LinkedIn · Facebook · Apollo · Cold Calling · Email · Database Lists

You Are a Great Fit If You Have:
Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
Confidence and charisma during B2B conversations
Experience in sales, appointment setting, or outbound calling (preferred)
Knowledge of virtual staffing or healthcare clients (huge plus)
Ability to clearly explain value and handle objections

Experience speaking with:
Home Health Owners
Home Care/Private Duty Operators
ALF Administrators
Hospice Administrators

Persistent, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality
Reliable internet + quiet work environment
Coachability and professionalism

Healthcare Industry experience is required.
