We are looking for an experienced Google Ads professional who knows how to drive measurable results for local service businesses. This is an advanced, strategy-driven role — not an entry-level position. You should be confident running campaigns from start to finish with minimal oversight.
What You’ll Do
Handle end-to-end campaign management for local service companies (from setup to optimization and reporting)
Conduct niche and keyword research to identify high-performing opportunities
Develop campaign strategies, budgets, and recommendations tailored to client goals
Build, test, and manage landing pages to boost conversion rates
Set up and maintain all tracking systems, including Google Tags and conversion tracking
Provide clear, weekly summaries outlining key actions, outcomes, and next steps for each client
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience managing Google Ads for local service businesses
Strong understanding of campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and A/B testing
Ability to plan and execute ad strategies independently
Excellent written and spoken English — concise communication is essential
Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts efficiently
Availability to work at least part of your hours in Pacific Time
Current Scope & Growth:
You’ll begin by managing four active accounts. As results become consistent and our offer expands, this role is expected to grow into a full-time position handling 40–50 accounts. Our goal is to scale fast, with the right person leading that growth.
If you are interested in this role please answer these questions:
1. Describe a Google Ads campaign you managed for a local service business. What was the client’s goal, and how did you structure the campaign to achieve it?
2. If a client’s cost per lead (CPL) suddenly doubles, what’s your process for identifying and fixing the issue?
3. Give an example of a landing page change you made that improved results. What metrics did you track?
4. What’s your approach when a client has a limited budget? How do you prioritize campaign changes?
