As the frontline member of our Online Marketing team, your main responsibility will be using our tried, tested and proven system for handling enquiry from our online lead generation system. We are an Australian Car Sales company. You will be responsible for posting our cars on Facebook and other social media platforms, engaging with the enquirers via Facebook messenger, email and SMS.
To help our team achieve our sales targets and improve profitability and efficiency in the lead generation and customer conversion funnel, you will be responsible for following our systems to communicate with our enquirers, manage them through their finance application process, use scripts to answer enquiries about the cars and finance, then follow up with the leads to help close the sales.
Your experience with social media marketing systems will help you perform efficient marketing and lead nurturing activities in order to provide the sales department with real high quality prospects.
This role is a busy role, where you’ll be posting photos of cars for sale, engaging with enquirers, sending SMS’s, emails and other forms of lead nurturing activity every shift. You’ll report to our Senior Marketing Manager and she will task you daily.

Responsibilities and Duties
*Implement our social media lead generation system that generates many many leads every day;
*Respond to the enquirers’ questions using FB messenger, SMS and / or email;
*Monitor all our communication platforms and respond instantly to incoming communications during your shift;
*Work shift hours of 6 hours during Monday and Saturday, 7 hours every Tuesday til Friday (busiest days) for full time and 3-4 hours per day from Monday to Saturday for part time;
*Extensive posting on Facebook Groups;
*Help us expand our marketing to other social media platforms such as Google +, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and others.
*Propose new strategies based on your experiences, observations and market responses;
*Assist with other online projects as directed.
Required Qualifications / Skills
Attention to detail is an absolute must. Sloppy work or minor mistakes costs us dearly and can’t be tolerated.
Clear and detailed understanding of posting on Facebook and other social media platforms.
Experience with handling customer enquiries, and an understanding of the importance of responding to enquiries urgently.
Deep interest and knowledge in SMM;
Some expertise in SMM strategies and a 3 months experience working in an environment using SMM campaigns;
Proficient in Google docs, Google sheets, Facebook advertising (both free and paid);
Proficient in internet browsing and web based email use.
Fluent in written english is essential, verbal english skills can be lower.
Personal Attributes
College/University Graduate or completed 2 years of college at least - perhaps in a Marketing, Web Design/Development; or related discipline;
Excellent English and written communication skills and ability to interact with management, and customers;
Has a natural inclination and passion to grow by making things better for him/herself and our company;
Show superior judgement and professionalism when corresponding with enquirers and team members;
Ability to work as self-starter, take initiative, and execute tasks with minimal supervision;
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a timely fashion;
Exceptional analytical skills; ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, execute recommendations and implement remedies;
Able to work under pressure in a fast paced, ever changing environment to meet aggressive deadlines;
About the Role
Applicant must be from Baguio City Philippines (preferably near Camp 8 but all Baguio area applicants are welcome to apply)
Must be amenable to work in the office for 6 months (training period) before working from home (if applicant wishes to but should meet computer specs and internet speed needed)
This is a full time permanent role and you must be available to work 40 hours / week (for full time receptionist) and 20 hours / week (for part time receptionist) during the days.
You will be paid via paypal, in PHP and the paypal fees will be covered.
You will be paid a 13th Month payment around mid December (for full time receptionist).
You will be paid for regular public holidays as per Department of Labor and Employment’s mandate as provided for under EO 203 (incorporated in EO 292) as amended by RA 9177
You will be a very important part of the team. Speaking up, making suggestions and open honest communication is part of the deal. You will be treated very well.
You will be fully trained on a relevant systems and procedures.
At the end of each day, you will be expected to submit a short journal of your daily work undertaken.
