JOB DESCRIPTION/INFORMATION:

We need someone who can...
- Handle inbound calls from customers seeking referral services
- Work a rotating schedule during Mountain Time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- VERY STRONG proficiency in written and verbal English, enabling effective communication with customers and tea ---------- mbers.
- Proficient in taking inbound and outbound calls; demonstrating effective customer service skills.
- Access to a reliable device, internet connection, and distraction-free workspace to support smooth remote work.
- Proficiency in SPANISH is highly advantageous, but not required.

REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum internet connection speed of 150 mbps
- A good-quality headset and quiet, distraction-free workspace for focused work and professional calls
- Availability to work a rotating shift schedule within our call center hours: 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM MST
