Location: 100% Virtual (Work From Home),
Compensation: $6/hour ($5/hour for training period of 3 months), full-time, bonus opportunity, paid holidays

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
-Search for property owners using online map tools and extract relevant information.
-Work with Excel to create sortable, analyzable lists.
-Utilize mapping software to analyze and extract property data.
-Skip-trace and verify phone numbers before adding them to our CRM.
-Manage large datasets and ensure organization for maximum efficiency.

What We’re Looking For (Skills & Qualifications)
-Excel Expert – You know how to work with large lists, filter, sort, and extract data like a pro.
-Technical & Analytical – Comfortable working with mapping tools, layering data, and extracting insights.
-Detail-Oriented & Organized – You thrive in structured environments and keep data clean and precise.
-Curious & Hungry – You ask questions, take notes, and continuously seek ways to improve.
-Experience with Data Mining – Prior experience working with Landvision, Skip Genie, BulkVS, or CRM tools is a plus!
