YouTube Scriptwriter (Recreate Existing Videos in an Original Way — NO AI)

We are looking for a high-level YouTube scriptwriter who can watch/transcribe a YouTube video and recreate it into a completely original, engaging, human-written script — without relying 100% on AI tools.

You will be writing for a fast-growing YouTube channel in the AI, online business, GoHighLevel, marketing, and tax strategy space. Our videos get real traction, and we publish consistently.

If you enjoy writing, researching, and transforming content into something better than the original… we want to meet you.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Watch assigned YouTube videos and recreate the content with a fresh, conversational voice
- Follow our structure and writing style (simple, engaging, high retention)
- Turn complex topics into easy-to-understand explanations
- Write scripts between 1,800 and 3,000 words
- Create and record screen screen shares for the tutorial portions of the video (16:9 format)
- Deliver 2–5 scripts per week (depending on workload)
- LIMITED USE OF AI writing tools — everything should pass AI checkers and be 90% human-written and original
- Potentially generate AI Avatars
