GoHighLevel Specialist – Automation VA for Real Estate AI System (20–25 hrs/month)

Job Overview:
We are hiring a long-term GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation VA to help install and maintain our real estate AI system called Promptly.

Your job is to set up and maintain the following systems inside GoHighLevel:

? AI Follow-Up Workflows (Buyer, Seller, Revival)
? Appointment Booking System
? Listing Description Generator
? Pipelines & Tags
? Lead Source Routing
? Calendar & Notification Setup
? AI Assistant Setup (Promptly Response Matrix)
? System Testing & Troubleshooting
? Weekly and Monthly Automation Maintenance

You MUST have direct experience in GoHighLevel, workflows, triggers, pipelines, and real estate lead management.
This is a technical and detail-heavy role — not for beginners.

Responsibilities:
• Install workflows for each new client
• Set timing, delays, stop conditions
• Connect all lead sources (Zillow, ---------- , FB Leads, PPC, Website)
• Map CRM fields + apply correct tags
• Configure calendars + test bookings
• Upload and configure the Listing Description Form
• Install MLS Description AI Prompt
• Run automation and AI tests
• Troubleshoot issues when they arise
• Maintain Twilio/A2P settings
• Clean contacts and prevent duplicates
• Provide updates and follow SOPs exactly

Hours: 20–25 hours per month (long-term)
Pay: $7–$10 USD per hour depending on experience
