We are a growing small business in the automotive space (body shop/collision center, dealership, or independent auto operation) seeking a unique and highly skilled Operations & Growth Manager who can take us to the next level.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll work directly with the owner to streamline, strengthen, and scale our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Talent Acquisition & HR Support: Help identify, interview, and onboard the right employees to support our expansion.

Payroll Setup & Oversight: Implement and maintain a clean, efficient payroll system that keeps our team running smoothly.

Bookkeeping & Financial Support: Assist with daily bookkeeping and ensure accurate financial data.

Financial Accounting Expertise: Create smart, clear spreadsheets and tools that support better business decisions and long-term planning.

Process Building & Implementation: Develop procedures, workflows, and operational systems that improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.

Business Growth Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the owner to improve operations, strengthen structure, and prepare for expansion.

Ideal Experience

We’re looking for someone who brings:

Proven experience working with small businesses, especially those in growth mode

Knowledge of hiring, HR, payroll systems, and day-to-day operations

Strong bookkeeping + financial accounting skills

Ability to build customized spreadsheets and financial tools

Experience creating and implementing processes & procedures

Bonus: Background in the auto industry (collision shop, body shop, dealership, independent auto dealer, repair shop, etc.)
