Media Buyer (Meta Ads)

Catalyze Growth Partners is looking for a high-performing, data-driven Media Buyer who knows Meta Ads at a deep level. This role is for someone who wants real ownership over performance and who thrives inside a fast-moving creative and strategy environment.

You Will Work Directly With:
• CEO, who leads strategy and oversees client growth
• Copywriter, who develops high-converting creative and messaging
• A collaborative team that values speed, creativity, and performance

Your Responsibilities:
• Build and manage Facebook and Instagram campaigns from start to finish
• Set up ad accounts, pages, pixels, custom conversions, and tracking
• Create audience structures for testing and scaling
• Upload ad copy and creative provided by the team
• Monitor daily budgets and optimize for KPI performance
• Analyze data, report insights, and identify scaling opportunities
• Troubleshoot disapprovals, tracking issues, and learning phase challenges

You Are A Great Fit If You:
• Have 2 or more years of Meta Ads experience (managing $10k or more per month preferred)
• Understand how to test systematically, interpret data, and scale winners
• Are proactive, organized, analytical, and driven by results
• Communicate clearly and work well with a creative team
• Bonus: experience with copywriting or creative direction

Requirements:
• Must be able to work US EST hours
• Must be full-time at 40 hours per week
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Strong written communication skills
• Comfortable using Slack, Loom, and Notion

Compensation:
• $25 per hour
• $4,000 per month for full-time (40 hours per week)
• Opportunities for raises based on performance and company growth
