JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
I’m looking for a detail-oriented, creative assistant to help produce and publish content for a Facebook page and its accompanying ---------- account.
Most long-form content is already written. Your main job will be to:
-Edit pre-written blog posts (usually 1,300–2,200 words)
-Turn those blogs into engaging Facebook image posts
-Create and ---------- Facebook Reels
-Design and adapt images for Pinterest
You’ll start by working on a single Facebook account, with the potential for more responsibility over time.

Key Responsibilities
-Blog Editing
-Edit AI-generated blog posts for clarity, flow, tone, and grammar
-Ensure content is accurate, readable, and on-brand
-Facebook Content Creation
-Create eye-catching image posts to accompany each blog
-Write compelling captions and post text
-Produce and edit short-form videos/Reels from existing content
-Pinterest Content Creation
-Design and edit pins (images and text overlays) based on the blog content
-Prepare assets optimised for Pinterest
General
-Work with a content pipeline and meet agreed deadlines
-Follow brand guidelines and content themes

Experience & Skills
Preferred Experience (nice to have, not required):
-Experience using Facebook Pages and ---------- for business/brand promotion
-Previous work involving proofreading or content editing
-Familiarity with social media content best practices
--Some familiarity or interest in music from the 1950s to the 1990s (this is the core topic of much of the content)
Essential Skills:
-Design & Image Editing - proficient with Photoshop and/or Canva - comfortable manipulating and optimising images for social media
Video Editing
-Able to use at least one video editor such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
-Basic understanding of editing short-form vertical video (Reels/TikToks/Shorts)
Language & Editing
-Strong English skills, especially for editing AI-generated text
-Good attention to detail, spelling, grammar, and consistency

Working Hours & Setup
Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Fully flexible – you can choose your own working hours, as long as deadlines are met
Location: Fully remote – you must have a reliable internet connection and your own computer

Start Date Options
Option 1: Start 14th/15th December, with Christmas Day off
Option 2: Start during the first week of January 2026
If you start in December, you can opt to receive a partial payment before Christmas. Please state your preference in your application (December, January, or “any”).

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: 30,000 PHP per month
Payment Date: Paid on the 1st day of the following month (doesn't matter if weekend or holiday)
Bonus / Profit Share: Available after probation, starting from 1st April 2026 (details to be discussed)

Selection Process

Quick Video Call (10 minutes) – To confirm fit, communication skills, and availability
Take-Home Task – You’ll select images and write text for Facebook posts to accompany 2 articles
