As a Community Growth Ambassador, you will ignite local communities by inspiring and onboarding new members. Your mission is to help strangers connect with their neighbors and create vibrant, trusted circles of engagement.

Key Responsibilities
• Recruit and onboard new members to ---------- .

• Drive engagement through discussions, posts, creating events and moderating circles.
• Promote trust, safety, and resource sharing among members.

Active Member Criteria
To qualify your referral as an Active Member, they must:
• Create an account and complete their profile.
• Log in at least twice per week during the first month.
• Participate in 5 discussions/posts within 30 days.
• Invite at least 1 new member in their first month.

Referral Incentive Structure
• Direct Incentive: Earn a reward for every Active Member you recruit.
• Bonus Milestones: Recruit 50 Active Members ? Unlock a generous bonus. Recruit 100 Active Members ? Unlock an even bigger bonus.
• Engagement Bonus: If your recruits and their network reach 1,000 Active Members, you unlock a third, extra-generous reward.
There's no fixed salary, the more you refer and grow the community the more you will earn.
