Title: Sales Outreach & CRM Coordinator (Part-Time | Golf & Sporting Goods Industry)
Salary: $350–$500/month (depending on experience)
Hours: 20 hours/week (Flexible, must check in twice daily)
Long-term role — not a temporary project

DRVFORCE is a high-performance sales agency based in the U.S. We represent major brands in golf, sporting goods, outdoor, and active lifestyle retail — and we manage relationships with 4,000+ golf clubs, retailers, and buying groups.

We are building a professional outreach engine and are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Sales Outreach & CRM Coordinator to help manage daily outbound emails, follow-ups, CRM updates, and lead nurturing.

This is not call center work. This is a professional sales support role requiring excellent written English, consistency, and accuracy.

? ROLE OVERVIEW

You will run our structured outreach workflow daily:

1. Outbound Email Outreach (Daily)

Send personalized email outreach using our templates

Execute 4-step follow-up sequences

Ensure correct merge fields & personalization

Maintain 99?curacy when sending emails

2. Lead Reply Handling

Identify high-intent replies

Apply correct tags & statuses

Send pre-written responses

Book meetings for our sales team when appropriate

3. CRM Management (Monday.com)

Update lead statuses

Track touchpoints

Keep boards clean & organized

Tag contacts correctly (club, off-course retailer, buyer group, resort, etc.)

4. Sales Coordination Tasks

Send product PDFs

Prepare quick lead summaries

Flag hot leads to our team

Ensure no lead falls through the cracks

???? REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have:

Excellent English writing skills (near-native required)

Proven experience in Sales Outreach, Lead Nurturing, Appointment Setting, or CRM Management

Experience using email tools and mail merge tools

Strong attention to detail

Reliable, consistent communication

Ability to follow structured workflows

Experience with Monday.com, HubSpot, or similar CRMs

Nice to Have:

Experience in golf, sporting goods, or e-commerce

Familiarity with U.S. retail or customer service environments

Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills

You will be evaluated on:

Consistency of daily outreach

Accuracy of merge fields & CRM updates

Timeliness of follow-ups

Quality of lead handling

Communication & reliability

20 hours per week

Flexible schedule

Must check CRM + email twice per day (morning + evening Philippines time)
