Guest Support Specialist — VANT Mgmt. (Remote)

About Us
VANT Mgmt. is a fast-growing short-term rental management company operating a portfolio of Airbnb and VRBO properties across Florida. We're obsessive about two things: five-star guest experiences and a smooth, well-run operation for our property owners. As we scale, we're looking for a sharp, reliable Guest Support Specialist to be the front line of our guest communication.

Key Responsibilities
Handle all guest communications promptly and professionally.
Manage inventory and ensure all properties are stocked and prepared for incoming guests.
Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure properties are clean and ready for guest arrivals.
Work alongside our Maintenance Coordinator by flagging and escalating any maintenance issues raised by guests (maintenance execution is handled by the coordinator, not this role).
Utilize platforms such as Hostaway, Breezeway, Airbnb, VRBO, and PriceLabs to manage bookings, guest communications, pricing, and property details.

Who You Are
You have prior experience working with short-term rental properties — this is a requirement, not a preference.
You have real customer service experience and you genuinely enjoy taking care of people.
Your written and spoken English is excellent — clear, friendly, and error-free.
You're organized, proactive, and dependable; you don't need to be chased to follow up.
Bonus points: hands-on familiarity with Hostaway and Breezeway.

Hours
~48 hours/week. Guest support runs on a schedule that includes coverage across evenings/weekends — reliability and availability matter.
