I'm looking for a highly creative, reliable Lead Magnet Creator/Designer to join my team and produce weekly, recipe-based lead magnets for my fast-growing women’s fitness and nutrition coaching brand.
This position is perfect for someone who loves design, enjoys working with templates, and is comfortable using AI tools to streamline creation.

? About the Role
Each week, you will produce two beautifully designed 10-recipe lead magnets centered around themes like:
High-protein crockpot meals
One-dish dinners
One-pot meals
High-protein breakfasts
Gluten-free or dairy-free recipes
Seasonal recipe guides (fall stews, summer grills, holiday meals, etc.)

You may use a template (provided or created) as the base for all lead magnets — consistency in branding is important.
AI tools (such as Gamma, ChatGPT, etc.) may be used to gather recipes or draft copy, but all content must be organized, clean, branded, proofed, and Canva-ready.

???? Responsibilities
Create 2 new lead magnets per week (10-recipe format).
Use CANVA to design branded, attractive, easy-to-read recipe guides.

Insert:
Recipe titles
One-sentence descriptions
Clickable links
Photos
Macros (if available)
Ensure all designs follow FitNutFitness brand standards (colors, fonts, layout).
Proofread spelling, recipe formatting, and link accuracy.
Deliver final PDF + Canva editable link every week.
Keep an organized library of templates and completed lead magnets.
