Virtual Assistant, Photography

I'm a Wedding and Engagement Photographer in search of a freelance virtual assistant to help with some tasks and with potential to help me cull weddings from May - November 2026.

VA tasks:
- Creating photo slideshows for wedding client (you will be trained on how to create a slideshow using software you can log in to)
- Inputting information to my Client Management Software (I will show you how)
- Image curation - selecting 90 off best images some about 600-900 images for slideshows and blog posts (I will train you on how to do this)

Culling tasks:
- Going through wedding/session photos. This could mean going through 3000-7000 images per week.
- Is available to work on culling most Sundays and Mondays to have it ready for me every Tuesday morning at 7am. (Some exceptions based on bookings)
- Hits Deadlines, Quick Learner, and Dedicated to helping me for this whole season

What I am NOT looking for:
- If you are disorganized or have difficulty with deadlines and structure, please do not apply
- You are not strong in communicating in English, please do not apply
- If you have an unreliable internet source, please do not apply

This pays $10-20/hour depending on experience.

Every month is slightly different but on average I would say I have about 10 hrs/week worth of work offer. Some weeks it could be more, and some weeks less.

If you end up being a great fit and show high level of commitment, as my business grows, so will the tasks I have to offer you and the position could potentially change to part time or full time.
