Roofing Estimator

We are looking for an experienced Roofing Estimator from the Philippines who can accurately estimate flat and sloped roofing systems for both commercial and residential projects. You MUST have prior experience with Roofing Estimating. If you have experience in TPO, PVC, EPDM, shingles, metal systems, coatings, service/repair estimating, or commercial bid work — you will stand out.

Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed takeoffs for flat roofing (TPO, PVC, EPDM, coatings, BUR).
- Estimate sloped roofing (asphalt shingles, metal, tile).
- Review drawings, specs, site photos, and measurement reports.
- Prepare accurate labor + material estimates using your preferred software.
- Build bid packages, proposals, material lists, and scope sheets.
- Communicate clearly with our U.S. team via Email.
- Maintain organized estimate files and update our CRM/project management tools.
- Assist in budgeting, pricing options, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements You MUST have:
- Proven experience as a Roofing Estimator
- Experience using Express Roofing Estimating OR Planswift OR BlueBell OR comparable roofing estimating software
- Experience estimating both flat and sloped roofs
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work the full U.S. daytime shift (9AM–5PM CST)
- High attention to detail — accuracy is everything
- Ability to understand plans, drawings, scopes, SOWs, and bid documents
