Social Media Direct Message Appointment Setter

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (DM Setter) to focus on direct message (DM) setting for social media brand(s). Your role will be to engage with prospects across platforms, qualify them, and book sales calls for our high-ticket offers. This position requires a commitment of 5 days a week (Tuesday to Saturday) and is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct direct message (DM) outreach on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook Messenger) to engage potential leads for our brand(s).
Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria (e.g., financial capacity, decision-making authority, interest in high-ticket offers).
Book sales calls with qualified leads for our closers to convert into clients.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions in our CRM system.
Provide daily or weekly summaries of outreach activities, booked calls, and insights.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified prospects.
Attend tea ---------- etings and training sessions to align with company strategies.
Requirements

Experience: Prior experience in DM setting for social media brands is preferred.
Skills: Strong written communication skills for crafting engaging messages; ability to qualify prospects effectively.
Availability: Must be available to work 5 days a week (Tuesday to Saturday), aligning with US Eastern Time as needed.
Qualities: Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with a proactive approach to outreach.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using social media platforms, CRM tools, and communication software (e.g., Slack).

Language: Fluency in English is REQUIRED to engage with prospects and tea ---------- mbers.
Compensation

Pay: On-Track Earnings (OTE) of $1,000 - $1,800 per month, consisting of a base salary plus commission for booked and completed sales calls (details to be discussed during the interview).
