Amazon Manual ASIN Matching VA (Wholesale Product Research)

We are looking for a detail-oriented VA to manually match products from our supplier lists to the correct ---------- ASINs using product titles, descriptions, and images.

UPC matching is already done through software. Your job is to find the correct ASIN manually.

Main Tasks

• Review product information (brand, size, variant, description)
• Search ---------- using titles and keywords
• Compare images, packaging, and variants
• Enter the correct ASIN in the spreadsheet
• Add confidence level and notes when needed
• Mark No Match if no ASIN exists

Requirements

• Amazon research experience (wholesale, OA, or PL)
• Very strong attention to detail
• Able to follow clear step-by-step instructions
• Comfortable with repetitive manual work
• Reliable and responsive
• Good written English
• Manual work only, no scanners or automation

About the Work

This is repetitive but important work in our wholesale sourcing workflow. We are looking for someone long-term who produces accurate results. A paid test task will be provided before hiring.
