As our client base continues to grow, we’re now looking for a Google Ads Specialist who can support our GDN (Google Display Network) campaigns and help optimize performance across multiple markets.

? Role: Google Ads (GDN) Specialist

What You’ll Do
You will manage and optimize GDN campaigns for multiple clinics. Your responsibilities include:
– Plan, build, and optimize Google Display campaigns from start to finish
– Set up audiences, tracking, and conversion goals
– Upload and test creative assets (multiple sizes for GDN placements)
– Monitor performance and provide insights using Looker Studio, GA4, Google Ads
– Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and placements
– Collaborate closely with creative, customer support, and operations teams
– Maintain clean reporting and consistent campaign naming structures
– Stay up-to-date with best practices for Display, targeting, placements, and optimization

? Required Skills & Experience

You must have:
– Proven experience running Google Ads (Display/GDN) campaigns
– Ability to build campaigns from scratch (audience setup, conversion tracking, etc.)
– Strong understanding of GA4, conversion tracking, and attribution
– Ability to analyze performance and produce actionable insights

? Nice to Have (Not required but a plus)
• Experience with healthcare or local service-based businesses
• Understanding of remarketing and funnel-based strategies
• Experience working alongside creative teams
• Google Ads Display Certification
